I believe EVERYTHING is a muscle. Not just your physical body, but your discipline, creativity, social, and spiritual muscles are just as important.

I use fitness to PROPEL every other aspect of my life FORWARD. Fitness is my vessel to succeed in all other areas of life.

I like to keep my fitness simple and efficient. Staying lean and having abs is much EASIER than people make it out to be.

The goal of this blog is to get you to become the person you always wanted to be. To get you to quit living within your means of comfort and to begin living the life you’ve always dreamt of.
